Wedding Place Cards
From $5 each
To match or not to match.
Having a cohesive look throughout your wedding day is lovely, and I’m all for a matching set. But if you’ve fallen in love with a completely different material for your place cards, go for it! You can absolutely mix wooden signage with Agate place cards or pair an acrylic welcome sign with watercolour place cards—whatever suits your style.
As long as the calligraphy, colors, and overall design stay consistent, there’s no reason you can’t mix and match. Clear acrylic place cards, for example, can easily blend beautifully with your decor. Just match the ink color to your paper goods, and you’ve got it perfectly coordinated.
Place cards or escort cards?
Either option can seamlessly tie into your overall wedding signage, with a variety of sizes, shapes, colors, and finishes to choose from. Stick with traditional place cards to pair with your seating chart, or switch it up with escort cards for guests to take to their seats.
Watercolour paper, dried eucalyptus petals, natural agate, frosted or clear acrylic, full-colour acrylic, vellum + more.

Tips on choosing the right shape, size, material and colour:
Color Coordination: Choose a color palette that complements the occasion and your dining space. Stick to two or three main colors to maintain a harmonious look.
Themed Accessories: Incorporate tableware and centerpieces that align with your theme. Whether it's rustic, elegant, or modern, using items that reflect your chosen style enhances the overall aesthetic.
Layer Textures: Mix different materials such as linen, wood, and glass/acrylic to add depth.
Consistent Shapes: Use consistent shapes in your decor elements. If you choose round plates, opt for round candle holders, glasses, and centerpieces to create a balanced design.
Smaller Signs/table signs

Which signs do I need?
Thinking about the little details of your special day is essential for creating a welcoming atmosphere for your guests. They might need just a gentle nudge or a bit of guidance to navigate various activities. If you’re blocking off a seat or row at your ceremony for those nearest and dearest to you or have a designated space for cards and gifts, make sure those areas are clearly marked.
If signature drinks are part of your celebration, don’t hesitate to enhance the experience with smaller informative signage. Creating a signature drink for the event is always a nice touch! Matching these smaller signs with your larger ones can create a cohesive look, or you can opt for something unique and playful that reflects the space.
As we look ahead to 2025 and 2026, quote signs are emerging as a trendy addition to weddings. Consider highlighting your favorite song lyrics on your dance floor or showcasing a meaningful quote at your drinks reception. There are endless possibilities to personalize your event, and I'm here to help bring your vision to life. Let’s create something beautiful together!
Large signage
Welcome | Seating chart | Order of events
From $120 each
Place your beautiful wedding signs where everyone can see them, especially your welcome sign. Choose a clear spot with a nice background, whether inside or outside.
Directing your guests to their seats sets the tone for a smooth and enjoyable wedding feast. This is also a wonderful opportunity to showcase a statement piece that complements your wedding theme.
To create a cohesive look throughout your venue, consider matching your seating chart with your welcome sign. Alternatively, you could choose to showcase a different style altogether, allowing for a unique focal point that captures your guests' attention.
Position your wedding seating plan prominently at the entrance of the wedding dining area or, even better, in the drinks reception area. This allows guests to peruse seating arrangements at their leisure before being seated, adding to the excitement of the celebration.
“Order of events” or “Event timeline”, is a stylish way of showing your guests what’s to come. Include a timeline with illustrations or go simple & stripped back with modern typography. Guests tend to relax and mingle but it is always exciting to know when dinner is coming or when you can start to dance!
